Hiring Travel Consultant/Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Travel Consultant / Customer Services Representative with great enthusiasm for traveling. You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Tasked to accommodate all clients who to consult desired visa procedures and application.
• As a consultant adheres to advise the clients the required documents to gather as per checklist of each country desired to apply.
• Responsible for the processing and to fill- up their application online in any countries they desired.
• Such as, USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Turkey, Australia, South Africa, China and all Schengen countries such as, Italy, France, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Germany, Malta, Greece, Sweden, Spain and other state.
• Tasked to take a schedule of appointment online as per desired travel date of the clients
• Responsible to update the clients, follow up on after submission checking of visa status online.
• For the papers works, able to do the NOC format as sort of guide to our every clients.
• Tasked to answer the incoming calls of the office and to response all the clients queries and question about visa and its procedures and do cold calling to acquire new customers in some not busy days.
