Description:

Ahleen Team is currently looking for a passionate and pro-active Travel Agent with the following:

• Experience in ticketing systems and making adjustments to reservations
• An in-depth understanding of travel industry policies including fares, refunds, reissues and itinerary changes
• Organizing individual, group tours and programs
• Meet sales targets and profit goals
• Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
• Stay up-to-date with travel & tourism trends
• Sales skills and customer-oriented approach
• Knowledge in visa processing for UAE, KSA, UK, Schengen countries and others.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as working Travel Consultant in UAE
• Proficiency in English is a must
• Depth knowledge in GDS System (Gallileo, Saber, Amadeus)
• Must be familiar with all related lines of business and IATA regulations.
• Attend to the clients with the utmost courtesy and help them with their travel requirements
• Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
