Hiring Transport Manager
Managing finance related to the fuel consumption
To handle the complete transportation including the drivers related issues
Preparing petty cash reports
Responsible for transfer of containers from the port to the warehouse
Maintenance of all the vehicles
Repairs
Spare parts purchase
Oil checking (gear oil, engine oil etc.)
AC check of vehicles
Salesman cars maintenance
Management of Containers related issues
Help in releasing the containers from the port
To help in releasing particular containers
To ensure that complete transport system for the organization is running in a systematic manner
Timely and accurate submission of petty cash to the Finance Department
