Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Transport In-Charge to oversee our fleet operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our transportation department, including vehicle tracking, salik management, DARB, and RTA compliance. Etc..

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage vehicle movements using GPS tracking systems.
• Ensure timely renewals of vehicle registrations, DARB and Salik.
• Maintain accurate records of all transport-related activities.
• Liaise with RTA authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and address any maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with drivers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
• Manage fuel consumption and implement strategies for cost-efficiency.
• Oversee the overall performance of the transport department.
• Prepare reports on transport activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a transportation or logistics role.
• Proven experience in managing vehicle tracking systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a must.
