Description:

Role – 3PL Transport Coordinator

Location – Dubai

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling supply & deliveries of fmcg & pharma products.
• Supervising and controlling drivers and delivery boys.
• Assigning and hiring vehicles in accordance with delivery schedule.
• Weekly and monthly slr reports.
• Coordinate with the customers and salesmen for proper and smooth deliveries.
• Make arrangements for next-day deliveries like arranging shipments as per the invoice as well in proper cluster.
• Scheduling the vehicles for the deliveries as per the volume and capacity.
• Receiving grvs from the market and handover to store.
• Maintaining cold chain management.
• Vehicles general service monitoring and schedule for service.
• Send the vehicles to the garage on time for the proper vehicle maintenance.
• Vehicles registration monitoring and renewal on time.
• Experience – minimum 3 years of Dubai experience. (mandatory)
• education – any graduation
