Description:

Scribe Legal Translation LLC is currently seeking a highly motivated Full-time Translation Project Manager to join our team. We are a UAE-based translation company looking for a dynamic professional who can take charge of project management solutions in the translation and localization industry.

Responsibilities:

• As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
• Defining project scope and objectives
• Predicting resources needed to achieve objectives and managing resources efficiently.
• Preparing a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
• Tracking TAT’s to meet the budget
• Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Managing contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Monitoring progress and adjusting as needed
• Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field (a must)
• 1-2 years of project management and related experience
• Project Management certifications (preferred)

Skills:

• In addition to the qualifications above, the ideal candidate should have the following skills:
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• A background on Protemos translation management tool
• Good command of English
