Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Training Center Administrator to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles within a training center or educational environment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating smooth and effective learning experiences. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily administrative operations of the training center
  • Coordinate and prepare course schedules for language, computer, and professional development classes
  • Handle student registration, attendance tracking, and record-keeping
  • Communicate effectively with students, instructors, and staff in both English and Arabic
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and friendliness
  • Support instructors with class materials, room setup, and technology requirements
  • Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
  • Monitor and order office and training supplies as needed
  • Assist in the marketing and promotion of courses and events
  • Ensure the smooth execution of training sessions and events

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a training center, school, or educational institution.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
  • A customer-service oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or student database software
  • Familiarity with scheduling software or applications
  • Knowledge of marketing or social media is a plus
