Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Training Center Administrator to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles within a training center or educational environment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating smooth and effective learning experiences. Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily administrative operations of the training center
- Coordinate and prepare course schedules for language, computer, and professional development classes
- Handle student registration, attendance tracking, and record-keeping
- Communicate effectively with students, instructors, and staff in both English and Arabic
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and friendliness
- Support instructors with class materials, room setup, and technology requirements
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Monitor and order office and training supplies as needed
- Assist in the marketing and promotion of courses and events
- Ensure the smooth execution of training sessions and events
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a training center, school, or educational institution.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- A customer-service oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or student database software
- Familiarity with scheduling software or applications
- Knowledge of marketing or social media is a plus
