Description:

IFFCO Sales & Distribution is hiring experienced & dynamic Trade Marketing Managers who must have UAE experience in FMCG/Food Business & are currently working/available in UAE.

(It’s not a marketing role)

Job Summary:

• To support the Manager Trade Marketing in executing all trade marketing activities for assigned categories and ensuring smooth execution of these activities.
• To handle sales and operations for the business unit and liaise with the sales team to conduct promotion activities and achieve agreed volumes, market executions and OSA targets.
• Experienced in working on EPOS Data & AC Nielson reports.

KPIs:

• On-shelf availability (OSA)
• Achievement of annual sales target
• Development of RTM documents and bi-annual updation
• Setup coverage as per RTM
• 80% ECO of direct coverage
• TMI Budget management & Maintenance in Siebel
• Forecast Accuracy
• Stock Freshness
