Hiring Trade Finance Manager

Experience – 5+ years

Location – Dubai (On-site)

Job Description:

  • Well-versed with basic accounting principles and Import Exports procedures.
  • As per the need of the business the job is transferrable and posting can be made anywhere.
  • Familiar with some ERP / SAP / Accounting Package.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Duties include the following, measurable in terms of time, cost, quality or quantity.
  • To perform financial accounting, consolidation, reviews, and financial reporting (MIS).
  • To handle day-to-day activities including, but not limited to, cash reconciliation, account reconciliation, check runs, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recording of payments, expenses, revenues, and liabilities etc.
  • To prepare commercial contracts, negotiate and manage the finalization of contracts including the Export & Import Documentation.
  • To manage daily transactional requirements for trade applications, and ensure trade compliance and regulations are followed. 
  • To oversee the preparation of documents such as letters of credit, filing tariffs, bills of lading, license agreements, and other correspondence; coordinates other paperwork and documentation necessary to comply with tariffs and customs regulations.
  • To prepare and submit to Management Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly & Annual periodic ledger, statements, and reports, as well on an ad-hoc basis.
  • To implement and track KPIs and business metrics.
  • To take various initiatives based on the Organizational need and Management instructions.
  • To prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.
