𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Planning travel itineraries, familiarizing customers with the key attractions, and handling back-office activities.
• Meeting clients at the airport and accompanying them to their accommodation, and holding welcome meetings.
• Handling Tours and Excursions.
• Scheduling visits to museums and other attractions in the UAE and planning brand-new itineraries.
• Monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to improve company’s tours & excursions offer to meet established quality standards.
• Supporting the Operations Team in planning and handling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services.
• Dealing with occurring travel problems, complaints and refunds.
• Collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback.

 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Prior experience in the Travel & Tourism industry as a tour guide or leisure travel consultant is advantageous.
• Personable, humorous disposition.
• Outstanding organizational, time management, and improvisational skills.
• Passionate about traveling.
• Excellent storyteller and social media savvy with a knack for customer service.
• This position will require a flexible schedule: shift work, evening hours, weekends, and potential Holidays.
