We’re Hiring: Time Keeper (Oil& Gas Construction Site Based Role) – Abu Dhabi, UAE

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in the construction sector? We are looking for a Time Keeper to join our dynamic team in the UAE!

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and record daily attendance of site workers and staff
• Monitor and track working hours, overtime, and leaves
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports
• Coordinate with site supervisors and HR for payroll processing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Keep accurate records of manpower deployment and shifts

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Time Keeper in the construction sector (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of timekeeping procedures and attendance management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (preferred)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Western Region)
