About Us: Dotcom Dubai is a dynamic and innovative e-commerce services agency. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented TikTok Shop Virtual Assistant to support our clients growing business on the TikTok platform.
Job Description: As a TikTok Shop Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in managing our client TikTok Shop operations, driving sales, and enhancing our clients brand presence on the platform. You will be responsible for handling various tasks related to TikTok Shop management, content creation, customer service, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
TikTok Shop Management:
- Set up and optimize TikTok Shop listings, ensuring accuracy and appealing presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure stock availability.
- Implement and manage promotions, discounts, and special offers.
Content Creation:
- Create engaging and high-quality TikTok videos that showcase products and drive sales.
- Develop content strategies aligned with current trends and audience preferences.
- Collaborate with influencers and creators to boost brand visibility.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on TikTok Shop in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve any issues or complaints related to orders, products, or services.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales performance, customer engagement, and content effectiveness.
- Generate reports and provide insights to improve TikTok Shop strategies and performance.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and inventory updates.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, e-commerce assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong familiarity with TikTok and TikTok Shop functionalities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools (e.g., TikTok editor, Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and trends is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and their e-commerce features.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva).
