Our Way of Working
- We keep the team intentionally small. No layers of approvals, no processes: just clear goals and fully transparent communication across the organization.
- We use the best tools: Cursor, OpenAI, Figma, Raycast, Discord, Amplitude, CapCut, NextJS, GCP APIs, Linear, Railway, Cloudflare, Adapty, Google Sheets, and more.

Role Description
- You’ll be creating, editing, and posting TikTok videos for our apps: Onira (Dream Analysis), Foodwise (Restaurant Nutrition), and Rushmore (Manga, Comics and Trending Image generation).
- You will work directly with the founders and creative team, spot trends early, record Tiktoks, edit, post, and iterate based on real performance data and gut feelings, we trust both.
- If you are interested in tech and AI, you will also have the opportunity to learn how to automate content creation, streamline TikTok posting, and use AI agents to link TikTok to blogs, SEO, Instagram, and YouTube.
- This role is for those who want to learn a lot fast.
Qualifications
- Experience with TikTok, or Youtube video creation, filming, and editing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- You naturally spot trends early and love sharing and talking about them
- No degree required, just show us real work, and real interest
