Are you a skilled Tender Quantity Surveyor passionate about the construction industry?

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Plan Swift, CCS, or similar software.

Experience:

5-7 years UAE construction experience (Building/Infra projects).
Expert in quantity take-off for Buildings and infrastructure.
Tender document analysis and query preparation.
Detailed BOQ preparation.
Sub-contractor/supplier package creation and price negotiation.
Tender BOQ preparation.
MTO preparation.
Budgeting, variation orders, cost analysis, and project gains/losses identification.
Claims Management (preparation, evaluation, negotiation).
Cost Reporting, including forecasts, cash flow projections, and financial analysis.
Effective communication, strong interpersonal skills, and problem-solving.
Experience in Government tenders.
