Hiring Telesales Officer

Vacancy: 1

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences and budget constraints providing relevant property recommendations and information.
• Effectively communicate the features, benefits and value propositions of available properties to potential buyers or tenants, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Stay informed about the market trends, property values, competitor offerings and industry developments to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
• Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
• Update the report to track lead interactions, update client information and manage tasks and appointments in an organized manner.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics and customer service in all interactions with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Convincing clients to schedule appointments for property viewings.

Qualification:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate telesales or a related field, with a proven track record of success in generating leads and closing sales over the phone.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations and procedures in the UAE
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to enagage effectively with clients and convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Must have own VISA.
• Immediate joiners are preferred
