Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Telesales Executive to join their team in the courier services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to a pre-assigned list of clients, generating leads through research, and converting potential clients into customers.

Client Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from a pre-assigned list, introducing our courier services and identifying their needs.
  • Conduct research to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and understanding their requirements.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to convert them into sales.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively sell our courier services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to achieve company objectives.

Client Acquisition Specialist Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the courier services industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Excellent research skills to identify potential leads and new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to handle objections and resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
