Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales over the phone. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products/services.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle rejection.
• Experience in the UAE market is a plus.
• Must have a valid Sponsored Visa / Husband/Spouse Visa.
