Hiring Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Engage potential or existing customers to inform them about the projects.
Address inquiries related to the projects or the company.
Skillfully inquire about and comprehend customer needs and requirements.
Meet set targets for both daily and monthly call volumes.
Attain set targets for daily and monthly generated meetings.
Enter and maintain accurate customer information within the company’s database.
Process orders efficiently and with precision.
Maintain comprehensive records of calls, sales, and other pertinent customer information.
The successful candidate will play an integral part in the sales strategy, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and success.

Requirements:

2-5 years of proven experience in Telesales, preferably within the Real Estate- Developers sector in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Telesales, particularly within the Developers sector in Dubai, showcasing a history of successful sales generation.
Exceptional customer service and telephone skills are vital in effectively engaging with clients and nurturing relationships.
The ability to communicate fluently in English is mandatory for this role, while proficiency in other languages would be advantageous.
