Hiring Telesales Agent (Dubai Real Estate) – Eastern Housing
Do you have a passion for real estate and a knack for building relationships?
Eastern Housing is seeking a driven and results-oriented Telesales Agent to join our team in Dubai. In this exciting role, you’ll play a key role in connecting with potential buyers, showcasing our properties, and generating leads for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through various channels (marketing leads, cold calling, email campaigns, database management).
- Become an expert on our property portfolio, confidently presenting its features, benefits, and investment potential.
- Build rapport with clients, address inquiries, and offer personalized guidance throughout the sales process.
- Manage client expectations and effectively schedule appointments with the sales team for successful closings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, with a preference for real estate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market trends, regulations, and property landscape (a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages a strong asset.
