Job Description:

Habico Properties is seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Telesales Agent to join our team. As a Telesales Agent, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our real estate properties over the phone. We are looking for individuals who are not only proficient in sales but also possess excellent communication skills and a presentable appearance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our real estate properties.
• Understand Customer Needs: Listen actively to customer requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their preferences.
• Provide Information: Furnish potential clients with accurate information about the properties, including features, pricing, and payment plans.
• Build Rapport: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and increase the likelihood of successful sales.
• Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective telesales techniques.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all interactions with clients, including follow-up calls and appointments.
• Stay Informed: Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Appearance: A well-presented and good-looking appearance.
