Looking to hire Telesales Agent (ARABIC SPEAKER)
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Acquisition:
- Conduct outbound calls to property owners, real estate agents, and developers to introduce our holiday home management services.
- Present and explain the benefits of partnering with our company, focusing on our expertise in managing and marketing holiday properties.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into new property management agreements.
- Maintain and update a database of potential clients and manage the sales pipeline.
Sales & Negotiation:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve property acquisition targets.
- Address client inquiries, provide information about our services, and handle objections professionally.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with property owners to secure contracts for management services.
Administrative Duties:
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and contract management.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition of newly acquired properties into our management system.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and property details.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the holiday homes industry.
- Identify potential opportunities for growth and report findings to the management team.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and holiday home management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
