Looking to hire Telesales Agent (ARABIC SPEAKER)

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Acquisition:

  • Conduct outbound calls to property owners, real estate agents, and developers to introduce our holiday home management services.
  • Present and explain the benefits of partnering with our company, focusing on our expertise in managing and marketing holiday properties.
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into new property management agreements.
  • Maintain and update a database of potential clients and manage the sales pipeline.

Sales & Negotiation:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve property acquisition targets.
  • Address client inquiries, provide information about our services, and handle objections professionally.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with property owners to secure contracts for management services.

Administrative Duties:

  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and contract management.
  • Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition of newly acquired properties into our management system.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and property details.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the holiday homes industry.
  • Identify potential opportunities for growth and report findings to the management team.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and holiday home management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
