Telesales Agent 4x (Telesales experience is a must)

Salary: AED 4000 – 5000 (Based on experience)

Languages: Bilingual – Arabic and English (Good command of English is a must)

Telesales Job Description:

• Prospecting and qualifying leads from cold calls.
• Reaching out to potential clients through calls.
• Following up with potential customers to facilitate leads.
• Effectively understand the client’s requirements.
• Keeping track of all attempts to close leads, both successful and unsuccessful.
• Handling grievances in a manner that preserves the company’s reputation.
• Making phone calls per day based on the daily target.
• Improve the quality of customer service for existing & prospective customers.

Basic requirements for both roles:

• Prior experience working as a Telesales Executive (mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
