Urgent Hiring for Avaya Telecommunication Engineer in Dubai.

• Resident engineer is responsible for monitoring, reporting, administrating and troubleshooting the complete AVAYA infrastructure for the contact center.
• Coordinate and liaise with maintenance vendors for AVAYA systems.
• Administration of Avaya Aura Contact Centre, Avaya Aura Orchestration Designer, AVAYA Interaction Centre and AVAYA Proactive Outreach Manager.
