Telecom Engineer (Avaya + Cisco IPT)   

Location: Dubai

• 5+ years of telecommunication senior level experience
• Must have extensive executive level telecommunications experience working in a multi-platform environment
• Must be knowledgeable with current Cisco VoIP, Avaya, cloud services, mobile devices, teleconferencing, video conferencing and the convergence technologies
• Support unified communication solutions for various IP telephony platforms, contact center platforms, and video conferencing solution.
• Must be able to develop strategy and roadmap in a very changing environment
• Must be able to provide education and direction to the organization
• Solid communication and documentation skills.
