Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience Real Estate Tele Caller.
Sales experience in the UAE
Experience and understanding of the UAE real estate market and practices.
Proven track record of successful sales achievements.
Ambitious, goal-oriented, and eager to excel in a dynamic sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Tele Callers:

Make outbound calls to potential clients based on provided leads.
Introduce our property offerings and services to potential clients.
Collect relevant information and schedule appointments for Property Sales Consultants.
Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system.
Contribute to lead generation efforts and meet call targets.

Additional Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Familiarity with real estate CRM software and tools.
A proactive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle objections.
