Hiring 50 FEMALE Tele-Callers for Customer Service

Work Timing– 10 AM to 7 PM

Location – Al Nahda, Dubai

Eligibility – On husbands visa/ own visa/ fathers visa

Mandatory Language skills – HINDI/URDU

Optional – Tamil, Telegu, Malayalam, Kannada

Job Description

• Handle inbound calls and resolve queries.
• Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
• Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
