Technician required

Responsibilities:

• Machine Installation and Setup: Install and configure Food production machinery according to specifications.
• Conduct comprehensive tests to ensure proper functionality and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal machine performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues promptly.
• Execute timely repairs or replacements of faulty components to minimize downtime.
• Process Optimization: Work closely with production teams to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Recommend modifications to equipment or processes to improve overall performance.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• Train and educate production staff on proper machine operation and safety procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a machine technician, preferably in food processing or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of Food production machinery and related technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
