Description:

Technical Training Specialist for an initial duration of 6 months (with possible extensions).

Location: Dubai

Working day: 5 days week

Brunel will provide a visa, medical insurance, ticket

Requirements:

• Must have an Oil & gas background preferably someone who has trained people in Permit Systems, Process Safety, and Hazardous Energy Isolation etc.
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or HND.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Familiar with NEBOSH/OPITO and HSE standards.
• BOSIET/ T-BOSIET & IMIST Credentials for Offshore travel.
• NEOBOSH IGC ( International General Certificate).
• Experience in on the job coaching.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint/Outlook/ excel)

Job Functions

• Must be able to deliver training to an audience consisting of various nationalities as well as carry out assessments.
• Training people in Permit Systems, Process Safety, Hazardous Energy Isolation etc.
• Travel to offshore fields for 5-6 days at a time to deliver training and close any gaps with regard to training KPI’s
• Create monthly reports on training that has been completed.
• Deliver Online classes via ZOOM or similar.
