Technical Supervisor Vacancy

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good written and spoken English.
• UAE Driving License
• Hand on experience of 5 years in building maintenance (Civil).
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to work with hands as well as supervise laborers on multiple sites with complete control.
• Good client management skills.
• Ability to conduct independent site visits and provide accurate estimates of labor and material required.
• Problem solving and proactive approach is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver work on time to meet client’s deadlines.
• Knowledge of purchasing materials (in case of materials requirement in emergency).
• Ability to maintain required paperwork.
• Visit or cancelled visa is preferred.
