KDU World an established provider for Electrical, Automation, Navigation and Communication in Maritime and Offshore Segments Company based in Dubai is looking for qualified candidates to fill in the position of Technical Sales Coordinator.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields;
• With Electrical / Automation / Electronics background, preferably in Marine industry;
• Excellent communication skills;
• 2-4 years of relevant experience Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics an Communication Engineering/Diploma;
• Experience in Marine Service Industry and Maritime Community is essential;
• Technical background understanding all areas of marine electronics.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Receives and coordinates all Service & Supply incoming inquiries, by e-mail, fax, letter, etc. independently;
• Sends service quotations/receives PO;
• Maintains service mailbox/record accurately;
• Follows up of all service inquiries;
• Is accountable for tracking, monitoring, reviewing & processing complete activities for services;
• Follows the QA management system requirements
• Accepts support requests submitted by the customers ensuring that all requests are answered promptly;
• Verifies time sheets submitted by the service engineers;
• Maintaining & updates the service report files;
• Assists in handling of inquiries & request for quotations;
• Supports during customer events/shows;
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors & vendors;

Requirement;

• Maintains database of customer sales order and invoicing records;
• Monitors product order shipment to ensure on-time delivery to customers;
• Alerts customers on shipping and flow issues in advance;
• Handles and resolves customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner;
• Monitors the progress of work and customer satisfaction and feedback on completion;
• Assists in marketing activities and inventory control maintenance.
