We’re hiring for a Technical Recruiter at Orbit International Survey Services, LLC

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Employment: full time

• Experienced in recruiting from Oil & Gas/Marine or Offshore companies
• Bachelors HR, Psychology, Business, Technology or related field HR related qualification is desirable (e.g. CIPD)
• Should have prior experience from a recruitment consultancy agency
• Demonstrated ability to work independently & multi-task functions using sound judgment
• Highest regard for confidentiality
• Good knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) and Information Technology

Key Accountabilities:

• Publish internal and external recruitment advertisements in web portals and screen CVs according to the requirements
• Possess good knowledge of web portal recruitment techniques
• Possess good knowledge of employee interviewing skills & hiring techniques
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter account is preferred
• Experience coordinating social media platforms & campaigns
• Previous recruiting work experience in UAE is mandatory
• Experience with ATS systems is preferred
