Description:

We’re looking to hire a Technical Operations Manager FM Services.

• With Dubai/UAE experience of minimum 10 years to join our team in Holford Middle East.
• Candidate must have a wider knowledge and understanding of department management, client management and communication with Arabic speaking an advantage.
• Hands-on FM experience with HVAC and MEP.
• Overall understanding of building maintenance, fit-out, hard/soft services, catering to luxury clients in managing call-outs and AMCs.
• Right candidate will get opportunity for regional role, handling the MENA region. All technical teams will be reporting to the chosen candidate.
