Hiring Technical Manager immediately
We need a Technical Manager Urgently for a leading Fit out and Interior Company for their mega Fit-Out projects in UAE.
Must be having minimum 5+ years UAE/Gulf experience in similar position preferable Fit out & Joinery works.
Qualification & Requirements:
- He should have Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Should be expert in detailed Technicalities of Fit-out & Joinery Works
- Must be able to manage full submittals according to project specs along with contract conditions,
- Proficient Planning Skills
- Good hands on FIDIC and Contracts
- Must be self-driven to achieve goals
- Excellent Managerial Skills to handle a large site teams
- Excellent Coordination & Organizational Skills
- Excellent Communications & Negotiation Skills
- Good Team Leading and Time Management Skills
- Should be good in Pressure Handling
- Good in Problem Solving Skills
