Dubai based company is looking Technical Manager

Cloud Services is a critical role responsible for helping customers navigate their journey to the cloud. This individual will be responsible for leading and supporting the development of strategic proposals and overseeing the execution of cloud migration projects.

The Technical Manager for Cloud Services will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Product Development to deliver high-quality cloud solutions to customers.

This individual will be responsible for understanding customer needs, developing migration proposals, and leading the implementation of cloud-based solutions.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

Build relationships with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
Work closely with sales teams to develop and propose cloud solutions that meet customer requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for cloud migrations.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product Development teams to ensure cloud solutions are scalable, resilient, and secure.
Lead and oversee the implementation of cloud solutions, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers, helping them troubleshoot issues and optimize their cloud infrastructure.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends, and provide recommendations to customers on best practices, security, compliance, and cost optimization.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in cloud computing, with experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions.
They should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
The candidate should also have relevant certifications in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
