Nbtc Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Clerk to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

About the Role:

In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our technical team by performing quality control checks, maintaining records, and assisting with documentation. You will be responsible for:

  • Performing quality control checks on technical documents and data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintaining and updating databases and records with relevant information.
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of technical reports and documentation.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and documents in a systematic and efficient manner.
  • Communicating and collaborating with internal teams to gather information.
  • Following established protocols and procedures for document control and quality assurance.
  • Identifying and reporting any discrepancies or errors in technical documents.
  • Assisting in the implementation of quality control processes and procedures.
  • Providing administrative support to the technical team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field (engineering preferred)
  • Certifications or training in quality control or document control (a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the oil & gas construction industry
  • Knowledge of welding processes (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
