Hiring Team Leader Housekeeping/Driver (Immediate Joining)

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: 3K to 3.5K

Availability: Immediate Joining Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Assign daily tasks and inspect completed work for quality assurance.
• Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff for efficient operations.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage.
• Drive company vehicles for staff transportation, errands, or any assigned duties.
• Ensure vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and meet safety regulations.
• Handle urgent housekeeping and driving tasks as required.
• Report any maintenance issues related to housekeeping or vehicles.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Valid UAE driving license (Manual).
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as per operational needs.
• Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties when required.
