Hiring Team Leader ELV & ICT

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate assigned engineering work and ensure effective communication and coordination among the team.
• Meet with the Manager/Engineers to agree on mobilization and coordination activities: weekly meetings, on-site offices, storage area, communication, personal protective equipment
• Allocate technicians and sites to the assigned Supervisors/Technicians.
• Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely availability of necessary material.
• Assist in the development of project schedules and manpower requirements and ensure execution as per the schedule
• Perform project engineering duties on small to medium sized projects including ELV coordination
• Recognize critical design issues and resolve them on time by making necessary design changes and obtaining required approvals
• Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative repairs on all ELV systems.
• Time management and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Follow up with all sub-contractor and inspect their PPM activates.
• Reports to the in-charge Manager if any anomaly has been happened or observed to take immediate action.
• Strong interpersonal Skills with team members.
• Able to foster good relations with colleagues and be a good team player

Requirements:

• Either more than five years as an ELV technician or at least two years of experience as a team leader in the same field
• Excellent knowledge in ICT and ELV system.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Engineering-related bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent
• Knowledge of Control4, Crestron, KNX, Lutron, Dynalite, and Savant programming is advantageous.
