We are hiring for Team Leader Backoffice

Skills:

• Advance excel , Data Analyzing ,Raising invoices , Invoices and payouts , Payroll Management (Process Salaries & Incentives)
• Roles and Responsibility :
• Coordinates Manpower Requirements for Sales Consumer Department.
• Update data for respective section incorporating Headcount v/s Budget Availability.
• Assist Channel Planning Team to control expenses by gathering and submitting budget information; scheduling expenditures; monitoring variances; implementing corrective actions.
• Compile, Review & Update Section Wise Manpower Summary for all sections.
• Assist in Online Receipt Calculation and Raising invoices to Agency Partners & Vendors
• #Conduct Exit Formalities – Collection of company Assets, Co-ordination with respective sections & Agency Partners.
• Maintains a strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders and partners/vendors.
