Job Description:
As a Tax Manager with Client, you will play a pivotal role in managing our tax affairs, with a primary focus on VAT, Corporate Tax, and Economic Substance Regulations (ESR) compliance in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all VAT-related activities, ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize corporate tax liabilities.
- Navigate and ensure compliance with the UAE’s Economic Substance Regulations.
- Provide expert advice on emerging tax issues and legislative changes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize financial decisions.
- Keep abreast of evolving tax laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional tax certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CTA) is preferable.
- Proven experience as a Tax Manager with in-depth knowledge of UAE tax laws.
- Expertise in VAT, Corporate Tax, and Economic Substance Regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
