Hiring Tax Manager – Group Tax, location Dubai

• Contractual role
• Locally Available Candidates Preferred
• The purpose of this role is to assist Central Tax Team (‘CTT’) in all Group tax matters (direct & indirect)
• Corporate Tax and International tax matters;
• M&A deals
• Tax structuring;
• Transfer pricing;
• Tax compliances; and
• Tax audits and assessments.
• UAE VAT (10%-20%);
• University degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• CPA/CA or equivalent essential
• 8-10 years of experience in international taxation and minimum 4 years working in Big 4 environment is essential
• Experience working in the tax function in the Middle East for a large MNC group (preferable)
• Exhibit interpersonal skills while interacting with the cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment.
