Urgently hiring for Talent and Performance Management Executive with the following:

• Nationality: Any Nationality.
• Duration: Full Time
• Location: Abu Dhabi
• Preferably Male
• Must have his own car and valid driving license and willing to travel in different Emirates/Branches
• Must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi for 6 days a week (Sunday off only) ***
• Bachelor’s degree holder; ideally in Psychology or Business Administration, MBA degree is an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in talent and performance management and policy making
• Possess expert level in succession planning, employee performance management, setting KPI
• Career development, learning and development, talent planning
• Has direct experience in preparing management report and presentation
• Skilled in performing learning needs analysis
• Competent in writing, reviewing, and amending various HR policies and procedures
• Possess high level of strategic and critical thinking
