Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source high-caliber candidates for both direct hire and temporary positions.
  • Regularly post job openings to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified applicants.
  • Professionally represent the company and its clients, engaging candidates effectively.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Pre-screen resumes and utilize internal systems to evaluate candidates.
  • Attend intake meetings with clients to ascertain their hiring needs and pinpoint ideal candidate profiles.
  • Facilitate the submission of candidate backgrounds, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Required Skills

  • Proficient sourcing capabilities utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, Monster, and Indeed.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in business development or recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with recruitment in accounting, finance, technology, or human resources is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles effectively while negotiating offers, with guidance as necessary.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
