Hiring Talent Acquisition Specialist – Full time

As a Recruitment Specialist/Talent Acquisition professional, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. You will be responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment strategies, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding successful candidates. Your expertise in talent acquisition will contribute to the growth and success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
- Proactively build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Conduct initial screenings via phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and administer assessments or tests as needed to evaluate candidates’ competencies.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare interview materials and provide guidance to both candidates and interviewers.
- Collect feedback from interviewers and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and support.
- Foster positive candidate experiences and maintain relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Provide guidance and expertise on best practices in talent acquisition, including market trends and competitor analysis.
- Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate terms as needed.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track key performance indicators and optimize recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
