A well-known Hospitality concept is expanding in Dubai, and seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, select, and retain top talent. You will manage the recruitment process, collaborate closely with the operations team, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Build a network of potential candidates
- Collaborate with operations managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates
- Actively participate in all HR related duties
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR/talent acquisition, in hospitality, is a must
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of local labor law, and regulations
- Self-driven
