The Position:
- We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Define and develop recruiting metrics (qualitative and quantitative) in collaboration with the Employee success leadership team.
- Identify future talent needs collaborating with the recruiting team to develop talent pools and/or social engagements.
- Develop and implement a cohesive day-to-day recruiting operation and related programs across all functional areas.
- Well versed with end-to-end recruitment process, especially white collar hirings.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in recruiting in the FMCG industry is a must.
- Seasoned talent acquisition specialist who has successfully built, managed, and inspired a recruiting team for a high-growth FMCG company.
- Highly effective judgement and interpersonal skill with the ability to interface with all levels across organization.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire confidence and build relationships.
- In-depth understanding of the hiring processes, key recruiting metrics.
- Master’s degree in management with HR Management as specialization is an asset.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
