Seeking a savvy professional to craft job descriptions, source top candidates, ace interviews, and oversee the entire recruitment journey.
Responsibilities include creating/updating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes/applications, designing interview questions, conducting onboarding processes, and maintaining filing systems.
Qualifications: Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews, excellent organization/prioritization skills, exceptional attention to detail, analytical and process management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
