We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruitment Specialist (Arabic Speaking) for our client which is one of the leading companies in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have FMCG food manufacturing recruitment experience.

Job Description: Experience in Recruitment and deep knowledge of screening, interviewing and hiring process.
Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles and supporting managers find, hire and onboard quality candidates. Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open. Partner with recruiting fraternity in the market to understand new trends to effectively design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field.
