Job Requirements:

• Qualification: BBA/MBA HRM
• 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with API knowledge in Oilfield industry.
• Must have Recruitment experience in Oil & Gas / Oilfield Services industry.
• Must be excellent with MS office & Power Point
• Must have knowledge of standard hiring practices, recruitment metrics, interview techniques, and management systems and approaches.
• Must have considerable knowledge of UAE labor law required, skill in planning, directing and administering human resources programs and systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring applicants, including managerial and professional roles; collaborate with department heads.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirement.
• Considerable knowledge of current trends and practices of people administration, knowledge of employee classification, compensation and benefits, recruitment, selection, training, and labor relations.
