Position: Talent Acquisition Manager required
Orange City Properties, a leading luxury real estate company in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier candidates to drive the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with the company’s requirements.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure the selection of the best-fit candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Enhance the employer branding efforts to position Orange City Properties as an employer of choice in the real estate industry.
- Collaborate with CEO and hiring teams to optimize recruitment metrics and ensure timely reporting of hiring progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar recruitment leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices in the real estate or related industries.
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s job market and recruitment trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and maintain a diverse candidate pool.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
