New Role! Talent Acquisition Manager
We are looking for a Talent acquisition specialist with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees for our clients to join our HR team.

Role and Main Responsibilities:
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Collaborating with the client to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation (UAE & GCC countries) and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
- Attend recruitment events as and when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases 4+ years.
- Languages: Russian- advanced, English – advanced
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
